Briefs we tested this kit with

  1. A night in a small town (12 s, 3 stacks). "Make a calm film about the last hour before everyone goes to sleep. Shot 1: village at night, windows lighting one by one, slow dolly in. Shot 2: a lantern-bearer walking between tree layers, rack focus from trunks to figure. Shot 3: first light, the sun climbs through the card, dolly out. Three short captions."
  2. A recipe as a stack (12 s). "Top-down layer stack: each sheet is one step of a recipe, cut with a window that shows the next ingredient glowing through. Dolly down through the layers, one caption per step."
  3. A year in four lights (15 s). "Four stacks, one per season: winter indigo, spring ivory, summer amber, autumn rust. Same hill, same house, different lamp colour and sheet ladder; a boat or a bird as the one mover; the lamp warms and dims to show morning and evening."
