8-second cut from a test film, sound off. Made by a fresh Claude Code with only this kit in an empty folder.

What you'd type

Make a 2-minute video about [your topic] in the reelstyles ukiyoe style. Show me the scene plan first.

Briefs we tested this kit with

  1. Make a 30-second 16:9 video "Four seasons of one street": the same lane in spring, rain, a festival night and snow (alternate impressions, one key block reprinted), with a short caption per view. Run the dead-hold check from RENDER.md and render to out.mp4.
  2. Make a 30-second 16:9 video that explains the steps of how tea gets from a hill farm to a cup, as a handscroll: one print per step, slides between them, a small traveller (the leaf) in each, and a seal that stamps at the end. Render to out.mp4.
  3. Make a 30-second 16:9 poem film about a storm that passes over a village: the print starts nearly blank (ma), rain builds, the wave-like cloud rises, then everything washes back to paper with only the red seal left. Render to out.mp4.
